Hoshinoya Tokyo Hotel

I recently stayed at a gorgeous boutique hotel in Tokyo. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many popular areas. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop onsen, which was particularly magical during nighttime. The room was beautiful and spacious, with modern amenities and a deep bath in the bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service and were attentive to all my needs. I also loved the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the shared lounges on each floor. it was a fantastic experience.

The only downside was that some toiletries came in separate plastic packaging, which could be more environmentally friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to access other areas of the city by subway. It is also situated in a bustling business area, offering a vibrant atmosphere. The common areas are well-maintained and provide a peaceful ambiance for guests to relax in. The rooms are beautifully furnished with elegant touches, and the bathrooms are modern and stylish. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to different dietary preferences and providing a satisfying start to the day.

Some guests mentioned that the room size may be smaller than expected, but the overall experience and amenities compensate for this.

The private lobby on each floor was a luxurious touch. I loved having access to snacks and drinks throughout the day, and the tea ceremony was a special experience. The location was excellent, with the subway station right next to the hotel. The rooftop spa with panoramic views of Tokyo was amazing. The room was beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Tokyo.

Not one thing.

I loved the stylish design and calming ambiance of the hotel. The natural wooden surfaces and beautiful lighting created a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great, especially the amazing rooftop onsen. Soaking in the hot spring during the nighttime, especially in the open area, was a nice experience. The Japanese breakfast served in pretty bento boxes was not only delicious but also a visual delight. The location in the Central Business District was perfect, with easy access to other areas by subway. Transportation was convenient, as the subway station was right next to the hotel building. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, breakfast, and staff were all really good.

Everything was spot on.

Beautifully located near Tokyo Station, close to Ginza. Direct access to the underground system. Excellent rooms with stocked common areas. Rooftop hot springs open till late. Complimentary experiences like sake tasting and meditation. Polite staff. Best Japanese hospitality.

During our stay at Hoshinoya, we were blown away by the really good location in the heart of Tokyo. Being close to the subway station made exploring the city easy. We were also in awe of the hot spring at the top of the building, where we indulged in the amazing views of the Tokyo skyline. The room was beyond amazing, with its clean and inviting atmosphere, and the tatami smell added a touch of authenticity. The Japanese chairs and hidden TV were good surprises. The bathroom, although we didn't use it due to the hot spring, was equally excellent. The user-friendly lighting system in the room was an added bonus that enhanced our overall experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and sweets, making us feel pampered and relaxed. the room had exclusive amenities, including a comfortable king-size bed and a luxurious deep bathtub. the private facilities were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the Japanese breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant had a fantastic menu. the location was perfect for exploring the city and was close to a subway station.

The price was expensive, and while the bathroom had satisfactory facilities, we would have appreciated more amenities. this hotel exceeded our expectations with its extensive list of exclusive amenities and unparalleled service.
